love it bcuz its my birthday month.

hate it bcuz it is a busy month for me.
august is simply packed with major tests, assignments and presentations.
and i'm having 5 lessons per week.
i can see my dark circles appearing
and they are not going to leave until the semester ends.

i really hope this semester would just pass.
it's way too taxing for me.
i'm tired.

i chose this path myself.
so what can i do?

to mark the end of my exams,
Mr woodblock brought me out for movies and dinner.

We went for Iron man 2,
well turn out to be not bad.
but i still feel the first one is better.

oh ya We caught Ip Man 2 too.
that's on another day thou
i love that show.
after watching that show, i feel really proud to be a CHINESE (:

after which, we went for dinner.
a korean bbq restaurant @ esplanade.
well they serve more side dishes.
i think altogether, there's 12 side dishes.
we also order two bbq dishes - chicken and pork.
and one soup = soybean soup if i'm not wrong.

well the whole meal is quite filling.
Mr woodblock and i didn't manage to finish all the side dishes.
and the waitress even ask if we wanted to refill more.
hahaha..
we took a walk after that.
while passing by VCH,
we kinda of rekindled back the secondary days memories.
we used to go there for concerts.

i want more times like this.

right after mon's even more sucky financial planning paper in comparison to ethics paper, we head out for k-boxing. we sang our lungs out. from sad to super crazy songs. and we were dancing to songs like it's my life, u r my dancing queen. and those old school songs. like songs by Westlife and Backstreet boys. makes me think of my secondary sch times. when i will hum to the tune of these songs while doing my homework. after which we had pizza hut for dinner and had a long chat. it's so fun and enjoyable to chat with them. and i'm looking forward to more times like tat (:

RIGHT NOW, i dun even feel like thinking about it. all i'm thinking is the FUN that i'm gonna have. before i start looking for a new job. hopefully i can clear this semester and i wont have to sit for exams anymore. cuz the last sem of mine will be full of projects, presentations and tests. if i'm not wrong. and i will be taking 4 modus. dread it. meaning that i will be going back to my full-time student life. can't wait to watch iron man with my boy (: i want to watch ip man 2 too. but Mr woodblock says we never watch the first one. so i guess i will be giving this highly rated movie a miss. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait.

caught clash of titans lately.
well if u haven't watch it, i will advise u not to.
it's totally not worth the money.

who keeps complaining that it's a waste of his money
and that we should never watch 3D for such shows.
well he's right.
the effect is bad.
even yj babe who happens to be sitting in the row in front of me
agrees.

after the movie,
we went to xin wang cafe - the taiwan version.
to have our usual dishes.

after dinner, went back to marina square
and get Mr woodblock's earphones.
hmm guys can really spend a lot of gadgets.

as i have project meeting and sch the next day.

been spending a couple of late nights in finishing up my FP project.

had monthly meeting today.

and got pissed off by it.

that witch wants me to work late on 31st, which is my last day

to finish up all the personal claims and payment vouchers.

In addition,

she wants me to teach the new girl that will be coming in on next tuesday whatever i know.

the maternity lady shouldn't have just tendered her resignation just like tat.

she's like making use of cheap labour = me AGAIN!

this makes my anger X1

Next she reminded me to pass all the payment vouchers that involve inter-company charges to my colleague for this month.

She told me that i DID NOT pass it to my colleague for last month closing.

which is absolutely untrue.

i am on MC.

but i did sent a SMS to my guy colleague to take these payment vouchers which are nicely placed in a folder from my desk.

and he did took them from my desk.

but u know what he says when i told my manager this,

he says he took it himself and forgot/don't remember me sending him such an SMS.

I was seriously pissed off.

I thought he was nice and everything.

I even had lunch with him almost everyday.

and that's how u treat me.

Thank god next wed is my last day.

I will never return back to this rubbish company.

oh there's a story behind this.

This morning, i board the same lift with a bunch of guy colleagues.

they were asking me if i am continuing my job

and i say NO.

they applaud, i mean they really clapped.

for one sec, i thought they dislike me

but i was wrong.

they like my response.

they say i should learn the skill of distinguishing between good and rubbish companies.

and that if my answer was a yes, they would have to counsel me.

hilarious!

On a happier note,

i received nougats and LOVE letter from dear jocelyn!

despite her busy schedule,

DRESS TO KILL AND NOT DRESS FOR MASSACRE

Headed into my favourite "Fashion Spotting" segment of this website,
featuring a photographer going around places where crowds will most likely be, for instance marina square, orchard rd etc.
SECRETLY snapping photos of women who are nicely dressed and underdress
And for each photo he captured, he will make some comments.
some are full of praises while some are nasty to the max.

I share this with yj and py babe during intervals in between our project meetings.
there are some dressing that 3 of us feel that it is alright but is severly criticized by the photographer.
and there are some that I can never imagine why they would wan to buy such clothes in the first place.
the colours are really mismatching and are of weird cuttings.
I know these gers might want to stand out among the rest.
u achieve ur goal
but in a weird way.

ppl, guys especially will only look at gers for 2 reasons.
is either you are really beautiful or really ugly.
dressing can really makes one look good.

Do you guys notice how ppl ard u dress up?
I do. haha
I notice that the people in my sch dresses up very nicely. u can see the effort they put in.
even when they go to work.
like yj and py babe.
they do bother to put on slight makeup.
can see that they are experts in masscara, eyeliner and pehaps more than I yet to discover.

Girls that are much bigger in size will even bother to dress up according to fashion trends.
this makes me feel even more ashamed of myself.
I can picture myself labelled as CMI - CANNOT MAKE IT CATERGORY if I ever get to be captured by the photographer.
" tees and jeans are everyday staples. and I'm running away from her."
yupx this was one of the comments made by him.
and I'm always in tees and jeans/shorts :P

hurting hor! if you were to hear someone saying that abt ur dress sense.

Not everyone have good dress sense de ma.
tho the skill of good dress sense can be picked up.

I usually dress according to my mood.
when I'm lazy, I will just wear my spects out and dun even bother to dress up.
bcuz with that nerdy spects on, I believe no matter how nice my dressing is, I will still look chui.

I will only bother to dress up when I am
1) Happy
2) Going out with Mr Woodblock
3) Going out with Friends

my way of dressing up is only wearing contacts lens. no make up. no heels.
so I guess tis shldn't be considered as dressing up at all.
perhaps making a little effort to dress up will sound more appropriate.

MAYBE I SHOULD GO FOR A MAKEOVER.

Met up with yu wen , clyde and jocelyn @ clark quay

we headed down to settlers for some games.

It was supposed to be a UNI gathering as well as jocelyn's farewell party.

More are expected to turn,

yet due to several reasons,

desiree, jin feng & zhan hong didn't managed to turn.

Despite the miserable attendance,

i still had fun.

Sometimes a small company of people is better.

at least we can to speak to each other and keep each other updated.

All of them are encouraging me to go to england after i graduated.

still considering whether i shld really go.

I didn't stayed for dinner as i'm rushing to meet the oldies.

But according to jocelyn,

ze kai, desiree & michelle joined them for dinner.

Yu wen was pestering me to stay

but i kindly rejected her.

Cuz of my LAN addiction.

i was high on caffeine that day.

had 2 cups of lemon tea@settlers + starbucks coffee.

so throughout the LAN sessions,

my eyes are extremely wide.

However, my back is aching.

We started LANing from 8 30 to 1 plus am.

zai rite?

After that,

we went for supper.

i had chocolate banana and mushroom cheese prata.

Reached home about 5 am.

I look like zombie the next day when i turned up for project meeting.

SURPRISE !

Mr Woodblock gave me a surprise by picking me up from sch today (:

He texted me twice,

called me twice

yet i didn't realize it.

This goes to show that how attentive i am in lectures. wahaha!

like real ( i know u guys will be saying tat).

Well but i did pay attention okays!

Credits to the interesting ethics accounting lecturer for making the lecture so enjoyable.

He was so afraid that i might have crossed the overhead bridge and boarded the bus home.

So by the time i realized all the unread msgs and missed calls,

he was already on the other side of the road.

i asked him to U-turn back

as i dread crossing the overhead bridge AGAIN.

I crossed 2 overhead bridges that day while helping yj to carry 6 OB tbs from bukit timah to sch.

Tiring.

i told him to park before the bus stop.

and he parked after the bus stop, the side that is nearer to the maju camp instead of

nearer to the SIM campus entrance.

So in the end, i have to forcefully squeeze my way thru the crowd at the bus stop to get to where he is.

Once i got onto the car, we start debating of what we meant by before.

We both insisted that we are right.

He even commented that his gf which is me cannot differentiate what is "before" and "after" the bus stop.

AGRH!!!!

FINE! he wins.

let him off on the account of today!

this reminds me of the conversation that i was having with py.

She was saying about jealously.

She commented that she has nothing for a person to be jealous of.

She has no $.

She has no looks and figure. ( which is absolutely not true)

I corrected her by saying that,

I'm a SURVIVOR!
Extremely proud of myself to be able to survive a whole week of night classes + sat class.
I have been feeding on 2 pieces of bread each day for dinner.
Do a bit of calculation
and u will realise that I have been eating 10 breads for the whole of last week.
AND that is excluding my breakfast.

Everyday without fail in the lecture room,
my beloved partner, yunjie babe, and I will just turn to one another.
exchanging a sick-of-bread and sian expression.
In fact, she's worse than me.
At least, the 10 breads that I ate are of different flavours.
For her, she eat the same bread ( two pieces of plain bread with jam ) for consecutive 7 days.
She's definitely feeling more sick than I do.
haha.

The timetable for this semester is crap.
tues, friday and sat classes.
with a timetable like that, when can I go out?
stupid kuku timing somemore.
3 30 to 6 30 for sat lessons.
it's smack right in the middle of the day.
sometimes I really feel that the person who plans this timetable is abit brainless.

Guess The only good thing abt the whole week of night classes is
I MANAGED to save some money.
which I can spent it on sunday.

Sunday is the day that I'm so looking forward to.
Cuz that is the day that I no longer need to eat bread.
and can really indulge myself in luxury food.

Sunday is the day where I met up with THE OLDIES - my sec sch classmates.
We decided to pamper ourselves with GRAND HYATT HIGH TEA BUFFET.

The buffet is not ready at the time when we reached there.
so we decided to take a couple of pictures outside the lounge.
At the same time, we are also busy finding the main entrance.
We have no idea where it is.
CX suggested that It might be water fountain area.
But we all doubt so, cuz it's pretty too troublesome to enter from there.
Anyway we still managed to find the main entrance.

As we entered, I can feel the classy ambience.
created by the comforty sofa, the flowers paintings, mirrors and dim lightings.
Me and cx did not managed to sit on the sofa tho
ening and ser mentioned that we will exchange seats after an hr.
but I think all of us were alltoo busy eating till we forget abt this.

We went to the tea selection counter first.
GRAND HYATT has quite a wide range of tea selection.
We were all busy selecting our own preferred tea choice.
Cx chose afternoon tea.
as for Ser and Ening, I really can't rmb.
My ultimate choice is Vanilla Something.
Chose that over others because it has a sweet smell.
There's one that smells like hamster food. haha!

After settling our tea choices,
We went over to food selection.
GRAND HYATT divided the food into savoury and non-savoury section.
We started off with the savoury section.
We took almost each of everything,
There is Roasted Mushroom with foccacio bread.
Mozeralla cheese with tomatoes and
Ham with Mango.
Forgive me if I spell anything wrongly. Also these are not the actual names.
I can't rmb everything. They have long long names.

Well I personally feel that the roasted mushrooms with foccacio bread is quite good.
Mayb because I have a thing for mushrooms.
The Mozeralla cheese with tomatoes is the best out of all.
I think I saw ser having a second helping.
AS for the Ham with Mango, sadly I didn't taste any mango.
CX still asks me where's the mango.
It's just the mango spread in between the hams.

Follow by turkey breast ham with mustard and some pea kinda of thingy.
this is presented in small saucepan.
This is Ening's Favourite.
Cuz I heard her saying it when she's eating her second plate of it.

After which will be prawns.
There are 3 prawns with roes on them in a champange glass.
I lyke the presentation of this dish.
Of course the taste of it as well.
I think it's fresh and I lyke how the roe burst when I bite on it.
This is listed as one of my favourites.
Me and Ser each has 3 cups of it and we regretted not having more.

Next will be the mushroom soup and some bread with meat kinda of thingy.
I duno what's that cuz Ening took that.
so I didn't notice the name of it.
Mushroom soup was nice as for the bread with meat thingy,
Sorry I dun think I know how to appreciate it.

Scones were also served with fresh cream and jam.
I just ate abit of it.
I think it's okay. has a sweet taste.
But I didn't finish all cuz I thot if I finish it,
my stomach will not be able to accommodate more things.

We keep snapping photos of everything.
U name it, I think we have it.
Even the sugar cubes are being captured.

That basically sums up our 1st round.

We had a little gossip session while eating
And updated each other of our lives.
Can you imagine we are friends for almost 10 years?
Most of us know each other since Sec 1.
Except for Ser, her case abit special.

With a little interval in between, we continue with our 2nd round.
The NON-SAVOURY Section.
Again, we took a piece of all the cakes that are available.
I think there is caramel, opera, strawberry cheesecake, mixed berry crumble, this berry pudding in a small cup, bread and butter pudding.
After taking a small bite on each, Ening gave up.
She commented that they were too sweet!
CX says she is going to faint bcuz of that.
I thot SUGAR RUSH suppose to make u feel high ?
Ser and me did the best. we managed to clear abit more than they do.

Mixed berry are too sour!
Strawberry cheesecake is still okay.
As for caramel and opera, I dun really like it. Cuz they are coffee-flavoured.
I thot opera suppose to be chocolate.
Cuz the one at bakerzin apparently is.

Bread and butter pudding as well as the berry pudding in a small cup.
I dun lyke either cuz I can taste too much egg.
I think if u eat more, u will feel lyke puking.

Another of my favourite will be the Sweet crepes.
This is nice.
Inside the crepe, there are banana slices, chocolate chips and fresh cream.
They are make on the spot by the chef.
So it's still hot.
U can choose to eat it with 3 kind of sauces, namely caramel, strawberry and chocolate.
I ate 2 of it.

Our final Round is the Chocolate Fondue.
There are quite a number of choices of fruits.
Rock Melon, Honeydew, Strawberries, Grapes, Mashmallows and Cookies.
The rock melon is uber sweet.
Nice!
As for the strawberries, abit disappointing as it is too hard!
We took quite a few playful shots of us dipping our fruits into the chocolate fondue fountain.
CX covered her fruits with the most chocolate.
GREEDY GER!

We took polaroids there as well.

After the high tea,
Cx left to join her other frens.
So the 3 of us decided to walk around Far East Plaza to see what we can get and also
to wait for SEr's Bee to arrive.
Walked past this shoe shop,
wanted to get this cute pair of shoes but realised they dun have my size.

Ser's Bee finally arrived
Ening left to meet her parents for dinner.
We walked to Taka to meet MR Woodblock.
Ser says MR Woodblock is an emo kid.
Yeah he is.
And that day he is super pissed with the huge crowds in town as well as in the MRT.

Having no idea to do next,
Ser suggested LAN-ing.
Cuz she knows I wanted to try it too.
So the four of us just went to LAN.
I didn’t realise LAN-ing can be so cheap!
I always thot that it would costs $8 - $10 bucks per hour.
Ser's BEe says Guys entertainment are ALWAYS cheap!

We played l4d.
We tried vs each other.
Me and ser - one group
Mr Woodblock and Ser's Bee - one group.

First Round - Me and ser as Zombies
Second Round - Me and ser as humans

Both rounds we lose! it's kinda of expected.
I'm a LIABILITY!
MR woodblock even commented that I'm worse than the computer.
at least the computer can get them.
AGRh! I'll prove u wrong!

then we went on to play campaign.
haha I'm the ger cuz Ser says it's easier to spot me.
true enuf, they are always looking out for me.
cuz I always went missing!
or zombies attacking behind me and I still didn't realise it.

But I think I'm improving as the game progress.
There are some parts that ser cannot get it to.
like there's one part where we need to jump onto pipes and roof tops which will lead us to another building.
She keep falling down. In the end, she gave up.
Her Bee help her go up the building.
As for me, I reached the building safely cuz I followed Mr woodblock's step closely.

throughout the game, I keep screaming!
where are u guys? I cannot see u ppl.

since it's a lazy sunday and i'm free.
i decided to add on to my previous post.

and that is the

- Things that i'm going to achieve in 2010 -

1) Graduate with a degree in distinction

2) Spend more quality time with my family, friends and love

3) Exercise more regularly

4) Learn a foreign Language

5) Get my driving license

6) Get my life-saving cert

7) Plan and go for an overseas trip

8) Cut down on my never-ending wants - which is highly impossible

9) Get to know more new friends

10) Save and get a new lappie and Cam

11) Do water sports

12) Be tanned and brave to put on a bikini
which means i have to work doubly hard towards a near-to-perfect figure

13) Have regular sleeping hours

14) Read newspapers to widen my vocabulary

15) Start using my Yoga mat and not leave it to collect dust

16) Continue my music lessons

17) Increasing my list of ice cream hangout places

haha i wondered how many can i really achieve?

2009 has been a fruitful year
where it is filled with many major events.

i have moved away from a place that i have been living for 10 over years.
was pretty upset about it
since i'm so attached to clementi.
but i guess a change of environment will not hurts that much.

just as i expected,
the new environment is more lively.
and i guess i'm getting more used to it.

i experienced the ending of a relationship and the starting of another.

realized that time isn't everything.
time is not equivalent to the strength of a relationship.
the longer the both of your are together doesn't mean the stronger your relationship gets.
Because of this setback, i think i have grown to be more mature in handling matters of the heart.
I learnt to make a decision, to put an end to things that i see no future in.
I learnt to not shed unnecessary tears or get upset over matters of the heart.
I learnt to leave such matters to fate.
life shouldn't be just all about LOVE Bf Relationship.

Never did i expect that i would be attached after the previous setback in love,
i'm glad that he is still waiting for me.
i'm glad that we started all over again.
the feeling is really different.
and i wish this sweetness will go on forever and even more.

2009 has also been a very busy year for the dragon babies.
because we are both busy attending birthday parties
and planning our own birthday party.

yupx. i planned my birthday party.
i had a tough time deciding where to held my party.
what theme to use.
who to invite.
blah blah blah.

thank godness the party turned out to be a success.
i'm like officially 21 after that party.
agrh.
and that means more responsibities.
i can feel the weight of my shoulder increasing.

on a happy note,
i have also owned a lot of Charles & Keith bags,
accessories, vouchers and hong baos.
as well as many blessings and wishes from my beloved family, relatives,
colleagues and friends.

though 2009 may be a great year for most of us,
sadly we still have to bid it goodbye.

it's Christmas today!!!!
but i dun feel the Christmas mood in me at all.
i spend this Christmas rotting at home.
it's a choice i made.
i regretted not asking my frens out.
but even if i do,
who will be free for me?
now tat i'm attached,
i usually only spend my time with him.
so it's quite paisei to ask my frens out suddenly
after neglecting them for so long.

Moreover i will be meeting the girls tml already.

so basically today i just spent my time
watching tv.
playing the com.
thinking through matters.

though my Christmas is not well-spent,
i do hope you guys had a great Christmas celebration.
i had my fair share on Christmas eve so i guess maybe i shouldn't ask for more.

went back to sch for enrollment today.
and was late for it.
i reach school like about 10 30 when the enrollment starts like 10?
haha typical ME!

met up with the gers (von, ah yi, huilin, joceline, desiree, miss gap and jin feng)
and had lunch together.
we decided to go to marina square.
after much discussion about where to have lunch, we ended up at astons.
this is my 1st time trying that.
I've been wanting to try that ages ago.
but it's always crowded.
esp the one at the cathay.
haha finally got to try it.
after trying it, i think it's quite worth it.
there's no service charge nor GST.
$6.50 for a meal plus two side dishes.

after lunch, the gers decided to go bowling, movies and shopping.
i didn't join them as i am meeting MR Woodblock.
did abit of shopping.
MR Woodblock got his lost symbol
and i managed to find a gift for PRF gathering.

stop over at gelare to have waffle ice-cream.
two scoops.
yummy yummy.

after replenishing our energy,
we went to arcade.
first time going with Mr woodblock
had great fun there.
we played BASKETBALL
yupx just basketball !
Mr woodblock is so ka shu.
he took the basketballs from other machines.
in the end we have more basketballs than the rest of the machines.
didn't know that playing basketball can be so tiring.
we were complaining of how hot and sweaty we are when we throw the basketballs.
it's so exciting. trying our best to hit the score to go to the next round.

we ended our day at xin wang taiwan cafe for dinner.
i had burger and i think it's nice.
will go back and try their chicken chop rice.
seems nice and very big portion.
renew my card too.
an additional $25 gone like tat.
but luckily it comes along with $35 worth of vouchers.
if not i will not renew it.
and i'm such a blur ger.
i didn't know that my card has expired this aug.
thus didn't manage to use the $11 plus contained in the card.
agrh. wad a waste.

this week is great!
why?
because i get to read Eclipse to whee hours.
and wake up late every morning.
i've been spending everyday with my beloved mummy, epooh and of course MR Woodblock.
shopping, making sushi. basically doing all my favourite stuffs.
except for those outdoor activites.
agrh. when will it stop raining?
i want to go fly kite, cycling, rollar blading, BBQ etc.
luckily this is SINGAPORE and not FORKS.
there's still chances to get a glimpse of mr sunny (:

last sunday we even headed down to chervons.
together with my aunt and cousin.
for late bowling and singing.
i think we played abt 3 games until 12 plus.
phew luckily we managed to catch the last bus home.
aunt gave Mr woodblock a ride home since it is on the way.
epooh took a few pictures of us there.
but since it's not in this lappie that i'm using, i won't post it up.

i'm not materialistic.
not like those gers that CARS is a MUST-HAVE.
i love walking and taking long bus rides with MR woodblock.
like what MR woodblock mentioned bfr, he prefers not driving.
as we can get to hold hands
and i can to lie on MR woodblock's shoulder.
discussing our plans for that day and listening to our favourite songs tgt.

i do wish that Mr woodblock gets to drive.
bcuz it's always so much convenient.
i dun have to worry abt catching the last bus home.
neither the costly cab fares.
plus we get to go more places for fun and supper.
i LOVE night activities.

i love the way how cool my family + my auntS + Mr woodblock are.
and how well they mingle with one another.
we are like one BIG family.

cool as in they love night activites as much as i do.
cool as in they love different cusines not only the boring chinese cusine.
we used to hang out in changi airport , east coast park, mustafa, macdonalds etc
oh that mustafa place. it's esp crowded. full of ppl and the ppl there dun give way to cars.
parking lots are hard to find.
but the food there is cheap and nice.
dim sim.
i miss that.

tml my mummy even date me to go the mac opposite our hse.
at 2 am.
haha look at that timing.
i know it's fattening.
but if u know me well, u shld know that i dun give a damn abt it.
even my daddy hints that he wants to go too.

somehow i'm glad that i gave up the idea of going to Australia next year.

after i told him that my throat is feeling a bit weird.
We had a long chatting session.

and the last topic we had before he joined his family for dinner was latern festival.
we were thinking of where to place our orders for mooncakes.
heard from sis that bakerzin mooncakes taste not bad.
might give it a try
if the price is reasonable and
if my bakerzin card can get me more discounts.
hm but i'm also thinking of getting something else.

hmm next we talked abt laterns.

now what we look forward most is the mooncake sampling.
my mummy will cut each mooncake into many small cubes,
and we will sample every flavour and brand

it's true that my colleague and i didn't read in detail.
but the way she speaks is plain rude.
we already offended.
decided to read the procedure once again
and i realised the point she makes is not there.

if she was to use this against us again,

this morning i recieved a msg from him.
it's nearly 5 months ever since i last heard from him.
didn't wished him happy birthday on 17th May.

he started off by asking me,

hesitated but gave in.
i replied.
he congrats me for my outstanding results.

2 colleagues of mine are leaving
one is my shuai french boss and the other is a pretty lady.
both are of high positions.

bfr they leave,

the lady gave me boys over flowers soundtrack + poster.
she hinted me that it is something that i want.
i'm so touched by her gift.
i barely know her. prob only for 3 weeks.
yet she's so nice to get me this.
and i'm just a temp

the poster is now pasted at the glass panel of the office door.
she pasted it for me.
i get to face it everyday.
and this def helps to brighten up my day.

the pretty lady asks my french boss to point out who he thinks is the most handsome F4 member.

and he pointed to ximen bcuz of his dimples.heehee.

it's been 3 weeks since i came to novartis.

unlike the previous companies that i worked before, the environment here is really clean.

perhaps it's due to the fact that we are manufacturing tablets.

we would not never want our consumers to suffer from any disorders or maybe even death by consuming

the contaminated tablets.

the colleagues here are nice too.

but i dun get to interact with much of them.

they are busy ppl.

let's hope tat as time passes,

and the taste of the ice cream.
think one is berry sumthin and the other is mango sumthin.

it's supposed to be a happy friday
yet it turns out to be totally shitty for me.
today marks the end of my 3 year old plus rship with him.
dun ask me the reason why.
the answer doesn't lies with me.
for whatever reason it is, it's just hurting to realise
that the rship that seems so strong
is so brittle instead.

i'm devasted.
completely disappointed in all the effort and time i spend to nurture this rship.

tell me ur not the one who told me these words.
we'll never share the same path again.

We had a crazy gaming session at settlers.
We are so so noisy!
Totally enjoy myself with every game.
it's funny to see how each person reacts in each game.
some are slow, some are fast
while some just duno wad to do.

But the sad thing is the settlers cafe at Holland V is gonna shut down.
It's so upsetting!
no more late night gaming anym.

initially we expected a lot of ppl to turn up but many had last time minute arrangements.
What a pity!
hope they can join us next time!

We started unpacking, cutting, cooking and washing the stuffs at 5pm.
Bestie and Mr ivanny was trying to prepare the Tom yam soup base.
this is our first attempt and no one knows what exactly to do.
So we just trial and error.
We taste and add water bit by bit.
Luckily i found some lemons and chilli in Mr ivanny's fridge
so we just add them in as well. hoping to make the soup taste stronger!
Even ivanny's mother was surprised how did we manage to know where she places those stuffs.

we really prepare a whole table of food.
Way too much for a table of 3.
so we decided to call in for more help.
Mr ivanny's daddy
and he did helped a little.
CK, CX and Ening who came later helped too.

The soup base was unexpectedly good i wld say.
and the ingredients
many choices.
i enjoyed myself throughout the whole eating process.

Ard 11pm, we decided to end the steamboat.
it appears that Mr ivanny's hse do not have any games to play.
So i volunteer to go over to my place to get JENGA.
SEr and Ening accompany me home
and we went central after that
to get our 2 tubs of ben and Jerry's
DESSERTS!
it's a must thing after steamboat.

SO we had ice-cream while playing jenga.
whoever makes the whole block fall have to do forefit.
the first is BEstie- who needs to sing " tian mi mi " to her boy
the second is CX- who needs to pose " 5 lian pai"
supposedly is " revealing 5 lian pai". idea from the i guess show we watched.
but we are nice ppl , decided to let her off.
lastly is MR ivanny- who refused to let me upload his photos.

i love gatherings lyke this...
despite us going to different paths. the sense of closeness never changes.
we are still that comfortable with one another.

it's gonna be another week. a long wait.
i'm seriously missing you.

BOO to 2008!
and hurray to 2009!

well a brand new year!
a brand new start!
it's time for a new resolution
BUT
at the same time
also to reflect on the resolution that i have made on 2008!

in fact, i have completely forgotten about my 2008 resolution.
what did i aim for?

Thus i'm going to blog about my 2009 resolution.
hope this helps me to rmb wad i have made
and keeps track of what i have been achieving so far.

1st: you'll have to choose the bear that you want.
apparantly, my sis chooses this blue glittering bear

2nd: decide whether to add a sound to the bear. there are many choices.
my sis chose the " hapi bdae song". it seems to be the nicest. u can also choose to record your own message.

3rd:stuff cotton wool into the teddy bear by stepping on the paddle.

4th: check if there are sufficient cotton wool in the teddy bear.
you can simply ask the person to stuff more if u feel that it's not soft enough

5th: pick up a heart. That will be your teddy bear's heart.
there's another type of heart that you can feel the heartbeat. however we did not choose that bcuz it operates on battery. it will be very troublesome to replace one again if it runs out of batttery

6th: Make a wish with the heart.

Touch your forehead so that teddy will be as smart as you.
Touch your cheeks so that teddy will be as cheeky as you.
Touch your tummy so that teddy will be as tall as you.

7th: the person will stuff the heart as well as a barcode tag that ur name will be written on it.
it will be of use if your teddy goes missing, it will help trace back to who it belongs to

8th : choose the set of clothes that you want.

9th: choose the shoes
10th: any accessories?
shoes? Jewellery? handbag? ribbons? Mobile phones? MP3 and many more

Lastly, Proceed to the computer to create the birth cert for your bear.
Now you may bring your bear home in this " condo" box!

it took us about one hour plus to be done with the build-a-bear thingy.
it was really fun and also tiring.
have to keep trying the different set of clothes to see if which is the nicest.

end the day with dinner at xinwang.

Year 2 Second Semester

another semester has ended..
this is the 1st time that i have to work and study at the same time..
tiring yet fruitful..

reason being...
i picked up many things along the way..
especially during my stay in Starhub, managed to put theories into real life..

the lecturers this sem, hm i wld say not as good as the previous sem.
That's the main reason why i didn't pay attention during lectures.
I should really not do this the next time.

there are many projects this sem.
2 major ones and i'm really lucky to have good partners which attributes to the outstanding grades. Now all that left are the papers.
hm let's just hope i can achieve better results this semester!

well i caught high school muscial 3 yesterday.
i wld say it's pretty good.
